What is Vaping?

Vaping is the act of inhaling vaporized e-liquid from a device, sometimes called an e-cigarette or vape pen. The device's tank or pod is filled with e-liquid and then inhaled. To create vapour, the e-liquid is heated to the point of becoming aerosol. There is no combustion or smoke.

What’s in E-liquid?

E-liquid contains three base ingredients; USP Food Grade Vegetable Glycerin (VG), USP Food Grade Propylene Glycol* (PG) (*not be confused with Ethylene Glycol, which is toxic and found in anti-freeze) and Vape Grade Flavouring (natural and/or artificial). A fourth ingredient of Pharmaceutical Nicotine may be added in different concentrations.

Is Vaping just as bad or worse than smoking?

No. This myth originated primarily from false media reporting about "vaping-related illnesses" in the United States around the Fall of 2019. The media had confused the real cause of the illnesses, which were Black-Market, Illegal and contaminated Cannabis vaping products, sometimes mixed with e-liquid in vaping devices. Public Health England maintains vaping is 95% less harmful than smoking. ... “It would be tragic if thousands of smokers who could quit with the help of an e-cigarette are being put off due to false fears about safety,” said Prof John Newton, director of health improvement at PHE.

If you do not smoke you should not start vaping.

What was making people sick and killing some in the United States?

Drug dealers have been adding a chemical called Vitamin E Acetate to Cannabis vaping oils to make the product thicker and more appealing. Vitamin E Acetate is an oil that breaks down to a vapour when heated; however, after it cools down in your lungs, it returns to its original state of being an oil, causing your lungs to be coated and therefore reducing your lung function and at times to the point of critical failure.

BullfrogVape NEVER sells any products or e-liquids that contain Vitamin E Acetate and only sells liquids that are made in a Health Canada inspected laboratory.
