At BullfrogVape we offer a couple of shipping options via Canada Post to our customers. The shipping method you choose does not affect how quickly your orders get placed or processed. We try or very best to ship all in-stock orders that get placed and paid for prior to 1:00 PM (Eastern Time) the same day. In some situations however, it may take up to 3 business days to process and ship your order. Back ordered items will ship as soon as they arrive in stock.
We offer various Canada Post shipping options all over Canada and the United States. Shipping rates are calculated on the checkout page. A delivery estimate will be shown on the checkout page.
SHIPMENTS TO THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
All orders may be subject to customs and brokerage fees. You are solely responsible for any duties/taxes and additional fees upon arrival. Furthermore all buyers must be aware of importation laws in your region. BullfrogVape is not responsible for any packages that are delayed, stopped and/or seized.
It's always good practice to contact your local customs authority for information on importing vape related goods to your location.
PROOF OF AGE REQUIRED
We utilize Canada Post's Proof of Age option on every single package we send, NO EXCEPTIONS. You MUST be of legal age in your province or state in order to purchase products from us.
Because we utilize this option for all shipments, your signature will be required upon delivery of all shipments. If you are not home when delivery is attempted, the package will be left at your nearest post office, where you will have to show Proof of Age to sign and receive the package.
Any fees associated with packages that are Returned to Sender because Proof of Age was not able to be determined, will NOT receive a refund.
We can not remove this option, even if you have already self-verified to be of legal age by entering our website. Every package leaving our warehouse will require you to be age verified, in accordance with Canadian or US law. Only the person named in the "Shipping" fields can pick up the package. Canada Post will NOT release the package to anyone else
We offer free shipping on all orders shipped within Canada when you purchase $99.00 or more (before tax). We utilize Canada Post Expedited shipping for free shipping within Canada. There is no insurance added to packages shipped for free.
Sale items are NOT counted towards the $99.00 minimum.
We reserve the right to cancel orders we deem unreasonable to ship for free. (Examples of this are extremely heavy or large products). We will give you the option to pay for shipping on these items.
In the event your item is not successfully delivered due to an issue that we deem to be your fault (Wrong address, Failure to pick up, Underage), we will deduct the shipping fees from the initial shipment (even if it was free for you), and the fees for the return shipment that we were charged by the carrier from any potential refund you may be eligible to.
We process all in-stock orders Monday to Friday (excluding Canadian holidays).
Please note, if you receive a tracking number during a weekend or major holiday, your order is being prepared for shipment, but is not handed off to a shipping carrier until the following business day.
We reserve the right to additional processing time if any questions or concerns regarding your order arise. We always do our best to get in touch with you via phone or email only when necessary. Please make sure you provide us with current contact information during checkout.
Typically, In-stock orders placed before 1:00 PM (Eastern Time) will go out the same day.
Canada Post typically does not deliver packages on Saturday, Sunday or on major Canadian holidays.
At this time we only ship using Canada Post, due to age verification requirements.
Tracking numbers are automatically generated when we print your shipping label during order processing. An email containing the tracking number with the subject "Your order has shipped!" is then sent to the email address you provided during checkout.
